Barbecue with a personal touch
Les Corones specializes in fresh grilled fish made in the style of the Basque Country with a personal touch. Located in a quiet area, on the second line of the sea, it is one of the most highly rated restaurants in the town.
If you taste the grilled fish from Les Corones you will want to repeat the experience. First they bring the whole piece to your table. It is then grilled. We cook the fish on a grill specially brought from Getaria, in the Basque Country. It is there that Pere Miquel learned the cooking technique, with a result of spectacular taste that respects quality and texture. If it’s a fish to share, we’ll season it right away and serve the portions at the same table.
If you like a good piece of grilled meat, beef fillets from Girona, txuletó (to order) and meats from the Empordà. You will find quality product and Km.0.
Let yourself be seduced by desserts, with different cakes and ice creams, combined with red or tropical fruits. Prepared in a simple way but with spectacular results.
Pere Miquel will advise you well with thewine list. A selection from the DO Empordà but also from other DO areas such as Montsant, Priorat, Penedès, Navarra, Rioja and Ribera del Duero, among others. It will also guide you through cavas, the large selection of premium spirits and a wide variety of gins to match.

We are part of Territori Parc as a company that adheres to the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism associated with the Natural Park
As a company adhering to the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS), we have incorporated a series of elements and good practices in recent years. We have a specific space for park information with a consultation area and we have increased the information available to customers. We’ve also included information on the menu to highlight the local or park-area products we offer.
We carried out an energy savings study to assess the feasibility of replacing part of the non-renewable energy with renewable energy. Once the feasibility was verified, we installed a system of solar panels that provides us with renewable energy in a sustainable way. Likewise, we started a policy of reducing single-use products.
Finally, we have incorporated local oil in the restaurant, we have modified our wine offer to considerably increase the presence of wine produced by wineries in the park area and nearby areas, such as DO Empordà. We have also included a tourism proposal combined with other local companies that are part of the CETS.
