We&#8217;ve prepared a special menu for the sand eel gastronomic event, which will be held from May 15th to June 15th in L&#8217;Estartit. This menu is designed with shared starters. Sand eels will be the main stars. So, there will be shared appetizers including mussels and Andalusian-style sand eels. For a third dish, you can choose between razor clams, common clams, or Andalusian-style squid strips, popularly known as &#8216;rabas&#8217; Andalusian-style.<\/p>\n\n<p>As you know, our specialty is grilled fish, which is why we offer a very special selection for the main course. You can choose between sharing a turbot, or enjoying a meagre or a monkfish. We will grill them at Les Corones, a cooking method that gives them a unique flavor and texture.<\/p>\n\n<p>To finish your meal, we suggest two of our homemade desserts, which we prepare ourselves in the Les Corones kitchen. Firstly, we offer a slice of our Tatin, made with Girona apple. Alternatively, you can choose a portion of our cheesecake.<\/p>\n\n<p>The menu includes water and bread. We understand that some guests may not need or prefer to drink wine, so we&#8217;ve made it optional. If you enjoy a good wine, we have a wide selection, especially from our DO, Empord\u00e0. If you have any questions, don&#8217;t hesitate to ask Pere Miquel for advice; he will offer various options to suit your preferences.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Book a table or gift the sand eel menu<\/h2>\n\n<p>We strongly advise you to <strong>make your reservation to ensure a table that suits you<\/strong>.
