Discover the sand eel menu at Les Corones. We’ve prepared a special menu for the sand eel gastronomic event, which will be held from May 15th to June 15th in L’Estartit. This menu is designed with shared starters. Sand eels will be the main stars. So, there will be shared appetizers including mussels and Andalusian-style sand eels. For a third dish, you can choose between razor clams, common clams, or Andalusian-style squid strips, popularly known as ‘rabas’ Andalusian-style.

As you know, our specialty is grilled fish, which is why we offer a very special selection for the main course. You can choose between sharing a turbot, or enjoying a meagre or a monkfish. We will grill them at Les Corones, a cooking method that gives them a unique flavor and texture.

To finish your meal, we suggest two of our homemade desserts, which we prepare ourselves in the Les Corones kitchen. Firstly, we offer a slice of our Tatin, made with Girona apple. Alternatively, you can choose a portion of our cheesecake.

The menu includes water and bread. We understand that some guests may not need or prefer to drink wine, so we’ve made it optional. If you enjoy a good wine, we have a wide selection, especially from our DO, Empordà.
